Sean Cody’s Noel Gets In Hot Water at High School

So it probably goes without saying that I am a fan of porn. I love it of course for its basic intended creation as a fantasy device, assisting in getting us all off, but also a form of pure human expression. After all, we are sexual beings who’ve been documenting the sex act through art since we first learned to express what titillated us about the human form.

My tastes in porn are fairly broad and I certainly love watching a hot young 18 year old stud like Sean Cody’s ‘Noel’ show off for the camera. However, in the back of my mind I can’t help but think of the ramifications someone so young might encounter with the decision to bust a nut on camera. At that age you aren’t exactly thinking with the ‘big picture’ in mind and how these things can come back to bight you in the ass, especially if you are still in high school. As I write this I’m just guided here by my paternal instincts, not my horny sex drive as a porn consumer. The recent case of what happened to pretty boy Noel when he was suspended from high school for doing porn, is an unfortunate example of an unfounded societal punishment for staring in a medium which we ALL happily consume. Perhaps the reaction was so extreme because it happened to be gay porn and he lived in a pretty conservative district. Happily, the suspension was overturned and Noel was allowed to go back to school. I wish him the best and hope he has the confidence and strength to get through the rest of the school year and graduate.

Here’s the full story: The family of Sean Cody’s “Noel” is looking for an apology from Cocoa High School following the lifting of his suspension. In case you’ve been in a coma for the last week, the 18-year-old senior was allegedly suspended for his involvement in gay porn, an allegation that the school now says is totally unfounded.

According to WKMG Orlando, Robert Marucci “makes no excuses for appearing in porn” and did so to help support his mother economically. He became the subject of scrutiny and was heavily bullied once his classmates began sharing pictures and videos of his performances “on their phones.”

Marucci’s mother, Melyssa Lieb, told Local 6 that Principal Soliven “flat out told me that my son was expelled not just suspended, he was expelled due to his explicit, adult, lifestyle career.”

Marucci will return to class tomorrow, but Principal Dr. Stephanie Soliven and Brevard Schools spokeswoman Michelle Irwin will not give a reason for his initial “break” (they deny he was suspended in the first place). However, Local 6 reports that the referral slip Marucci was given says he “threatened to bring weapons to school, though Marucci denied that.”

“We would never suspend a student for his job or job-related activities,” Irwin said. “It’s easy to become emotional about a situation when it looks like a student is being targeted for his lifestyle choices, that is not the case here. We will continue to work with the student and his family to make sure he graduates and moves on with is education.”

Sounds like a making of a gay porn movie now, but seriously, this young man was taking the money to help his family stay together. i command him for taking a stand, and doing something to help the needs of his family when the adults who were suppose to help him, guide him, and protect him, had failed him. No blame to his mother, who supported him, when he was supporting her, the studio Sean Cody, for giving him the opportunity for giving him work, putting him in a safe environment to work in, and this blog for supporting him and other like him, with positive feedback.

The society, including schools, has mechanisms to help students of already privileged families to the top and keep others down. One mechanism is a complex codex of ully defined social code paragraphs that can be used to block those that already are tagged to be blocked at some time when thay happen to break the codex.
